Applicants can be qualified as a Solicitor in either Scotland or England & Wales (dual qualification, whilst great to have, is by no means a pre-requisite to be considered).
Applicants should be a qualified Solicitor admitted in either Scotland or England & Wales (or dual qualified) with between 4 and 8 Years’ PQE in planning and consenting matters (ideally with offshore projects experience), gained in either private practice or an in-house environment.

In this role, you shall join this Company’s high performing planning and consenting legal team, advising on planning and consenting matters for some of the world’s most high profile offshore projects.
