An international company are looking for a non-contentious construction or projects solicitor from NQ to 5 Years’ PQE to join its high performing legal team.

Job Description

 

You can be based out of any of this Company’s offices in Scotland – this Company has offices in Glasgow, Cumbernauld, Perth, Aberdeen and Inverness.

This Company is a strong advocate of flexible working, with a defined hybrid working policy which requires staff to spend only 2 days per week in an office.  

This Company are a market leader on flexible working, with a range of options to ensure the role is as inclusive as possible – options on offer include reduced hours, compressed hours, 4-day weeks, etc.

Candidates Required

Applicants should be either a qualified Solicitor admitted in Scotland or England & Wales (or dual qualified) between NQ and 5 Years’ PQE, or due to be admitted as a Solicitor in those jurisdictions soon.

Applicants can be from either an in-house or private practice environment, and if qualified should have post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction or projects.

The Role

In this role, you shall join this Company’s high performing legal team, advising on commercial and construction elements relating to some of the world’s most high-profile renewable energy projects, from development to operation.
