This is an exciting opportunity to make the move or further your career in-house. This organisation is currently looking to recruit a solicitor who has experience of managing investigations and handling complaints. To be considered for this role you do not need to be a qualified lawyer, although some experience in tribunals would be desired. This position is a FTC for 2 years’.
The purpose of the role is to manage the handling and investigation of professional misconduct allegations against members of this professional body, including responsibility for the management and sign off their caseload, in compliance with the Disciplinary Scheme, legal precedents and practice and the guidelines set down by the Disciplinary Committee.
