Job Description

This is an exciting in-house role for an experienced Legal Executive to join this innovative medical technology company.  This role is currently fully remote although it could be based in Stirling or Glasgow.  You will be an integral member of the US Legal department and will be tasked with providing admin and legal support to the Vice President, Legal North America  and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing administrative and legal support to US corporate activities regarding the company’s available products.  Supporting the company’s product launches and pre-launches activities in the US.
  • Providing guidance and support to marketing/brand teams on marketing strategies, promotional tactics and materials, and other activities associated with the commercialization of company products.
  • Managing corporate entities, formations, qualifications, maintenance, and dissolutions. Coordinating the execution and distribution of approved documents.
  • Partnering with other sales/business development functions to ensure applicable regulatory, privacy and quality requirements.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating NDA’s, Letters of Intent and other agreements related to your area of responsibility.
  • Partnering with the Regulatory Compliance function on the guidance of the Vice President to ensure understanding of and adherence to the company’s US related policies and procedures and to support the education training activities associated with the US compliance and training program.
  • Assisting Vice President and senior colleagues with projects and activities in areas outside of your primary areas of responsibility as needed to achieve corporate objectives, contribute to a collegial atmosphere and balance workloads.
  • Prepare letters, reports and other materials; files documents with appropriate entities in accordance with legal requirements.
