This is an exciting opportunity to join this in-house organisation on an interim contract, the post is a maternity cover for up to 12 months, ideally commencing in September. The organisation are open to all levels of qualified lawyers and if they have the relevant experience of managing governance and risk, dispute resolution and delivering complex contracts for diverse organisations, as well as giving commercial advice.
The legal work concerned is mostly in the area of research contracts and data related agreements , e.g. approving the documentation for follow-on investments, helping advise in relation to subsidiary companies. As key member of a small legal team you will advise on a broad range of legal issues related to commercial matters with an element of international work.
