You want to be a part of an award winning non-for-profit industry body as part of their dedicated Legal Team.
This organisation plays a key role in developing and representing the needs of an integral market in Scotland’s economy, and offers a variety of services aimed at ensuring best practice.
> Qualified Scottish Solicitor with at least 2yrs PQE
> You must be able to run your own tribunals
> Have experience of representing Employers
> Are innovative and solutions driven with an outgoing and positive approach
> Have the ability to implement commercially based, practical solutions to mitigate employee relation related risks
> You have strong communication skills and can influence senior stakeholders
> This will be a very diverse role covering a wide range of legal matters, including day to day contractual matters, disciplinary and grievance,
discrimination and equal opportunities, redundancy and restructuring and employment policies.
> You will provide employment law advice to a range of internal stakeholders and develop policies and procedures that ensure ongoing legal
> Management of Employment Tribunal Claims
