Unique in-house opportunity to join an award-winning, top tier international law firm who are now seeking an in-house commercial solicitor to be a part of a newly formed Legal team.

Job Description

Your role will involve taking ownership for a broad spectrum of commercial work including - commercial contracts, advising, negotiating and drafting client contracts, reviewing documents, handling regulatory matters, data protection advice and acting as an outsourced legal department to resolve all legal issues.


The successful candidate will ideally have broad commercial contracts experience and be able to demonstrate technical excellence in drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide range of mainstream commercial contracts work including NDA’s. Any experience of working on data protection advice would be highly desirable but, is not essential.


Consideration will be given to both those coming from an in-house legal team or a large commercial firm.
