This is an interesting role where you will advise on all aspects of commercial property and your responsibilities will include:
Oversight of a large real estate assignment / transfer programme
Managing regular interaction across the estates team and vendor legal/estates team
Dealing with / supporting estates team with individual site issues
Providing regular updates to the business on progress of project
Interaction with the wider team including finance and commercial teams
To be considered for this position you should be between 2-10 years’ PQE level and have previous commercial property experience.
The organisation offers great prospects and hybrid working, you would be expected in the office 3 days per week, however, a more remote role will be offered to candidates at a more senior level. Part-time work will also be offered to more senior candidates.
