Job Description

I've been directly instructed on a truly unique Commercial Contracts solicitor opportunity that combines all of the best aspects of both Private Practice and In-house, based in Glasgow.

You would be joining a leading international Legal500 firm, who has recently established a unique In-House Commercial Contracts team that provides strategic support through regular secondments to it's big-ticket client base.

You will initially spend anywhere up to 12-months within this firm's Private Practice Commercial Contracts team, before you begin your regular secondments, which last anywhere up to 12-months, to the aforementioned enviable client base, across sectors including technology, financial services, energy, start-ups and many more.

The exposure to this high-quality in-house and private practice work, combined with the distinguished clients, makes this truly a remarkable and market-leading opportunity.

Candidates with between 2 and 7 years' PQE in corporate/commercial law in a medium/large practice, who are commercially minded and can demonstrate a passion for the area of Commercial Contracts law, will be considered.
