The ideal candidate should have between 2-10 years’ PQE and have previous experience of working in a commercial role and experience of property law (would be an advantage, but not essential). The team is also open to commercial contracts lawyers at a more senior level on a fully remote and part-time basis. The role involves providing support to the commercial and operations teams, and the successful candidate would be expected to develop a broad skill base to encompass commercial contract negotiation specific to the business.
Some of your duties will include:
Developing a detailed understanding of key commercial agreements across the business
Advising and supporting commercial and contractual negotiations
Provide contract and commercial support on acquisitions through to negotiation and execution of acquisition agreements
Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations
This organisation offers great prospects and hybrid working, you would be expected in the office 3 days per week, however, a more remote role will be available to candidates at a more senior level.
