We are delighted to have been instructed on this in-house role. This organisation is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its Glasgow team (although remote working is on offer). The role will involve acting on M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts and procurement work.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE with a full understanding of the legal and commercial issues within the energy market, and broad experience of corporate and commercial matters.
