Kas & Co Solicitors is seeking to recruit a full-time Immigration Caseworker/Paralegal to join its existing immigration team.
The role will involve handling legal aid and a privately funded immigration case load. This will be an interesting and diverse workload and the selected caseworker/Paralegal should be self-motivated with good drafting skills to prepare representations. The selected candidate will be expected to actively manage and develop client relationships including the day-to-day contact with the clients and preparing a variety of business and personal immigration applications in addition to providing support on complex UK immigration, appeals and litigation issues.
Key attributes of the immigration caseworker/solicitor include having strong work ethics, good immigration experience, good delivery of work, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a personality to match.
The post-holder will need to have a law degree or experience in handling legal aid issues.
