Job Description

This leading global law firm are currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its International Capital Markets.  The ideally candidate should have at least 4 years’+ and should have capital markets experience, candidates with a banking and finance background will be considered.  You will manage and deliver important elements of major transactions and handling various types of work for global relationship clients.  Your duties will include:

  • Lead growing teams of junior team members (Legal Professionals) to work with instructing offices on client matters in the area of International Capital Markets
  • Work closely with Partners and instructing teams in our global network to define and deliver legal services projects and services in the area of International Capital Markets
  • Establish and maintain the highest standards for quality, efficiency, and service including quality controlling the work of more junior members of the team.
  • Manage and report on progress and liaise with internal and external clients to address points of relevance or concern and resolving queries and issues.
  • Provide legal expertise, including drafting, reviewing and amending documentation, document management, legal research, maintaining and improving templates and precedents.
