The Judicial Institute is responsible to the Lord President for managing the education and professional development of all judicial office holders in Scotland You will perform a key strategic role, working closely with senior managers to deliver excellent service across the Judicial Institute. You will take the lead in overseeing and shaping the new arrangements for tribunal education. You will take a proactive role in managing the effective performance of the Judicial Institute in response to the new arrangements.

Minimum qualification requirements and/or experience required for the post-
You will be educated to degree level and the successful candidate must have professional qualifications in the field of adult education.
It is highly desirable that the candidate has a law degree and legal practice experience.
