This opportunity offers Partnership in the short-mid term should you wish as the existing Partner is looking to retire and the busy property team are looking for someone to take over the reigns.
You would manage a small team of 3, be supported by a highly experienced Paralegal and will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business.
It's a very relaxed team, they all look out for each other making it a great place to work. They don't expect you to sell your soul and encourage a good work/life balance. There shall be the opportunity for some hybrid working but as you will be leading the team it is anticipated you shall mostly be office based.
You should have a minimum of 3 years' residential conveyancing post qualifying experience, be approachable, highly organised and enjoying training and mentoring less experienced team members.
