Job Description

Our client currently has a need for an experienced Solicitor to join its Corporate team in Edinburgh.  The ideal candidate will have between 1-5 years’ pqe and have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for investment funds and related corporate finance work.  You will work within the Corporate team on Investment Funds and related Corporate Finance work and will be involved in structuring funds that invest in private equity, real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy assets, which often involve limited partnerships, as well as public companies listed on the London Stock Exchange or other markets, and some offshore vehicles.

You should have experience in advising clients on structuring investment funds; capital raising; transactions and projects involving investment funds and financial markets.  This is an interesting and varied role.  If this position interests you, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Frasia or Cameron for an initial and confidential discussion.  (Assignment 12531)
