This top ranked finance team is seeking a solicitor to join its Edinburgh office. This team’s work includes national and international work in a variety of areas including acquisition finance, corporate lending, project finance, securitisations and advisory work on derivatives and other products. In this particular role, the work will focus on corporate transactions, advisory services and project finance.
The ideal candidate will be NQ-5 years’ PQE with a keen interest in debt finance.
