Job Description

This off-shore firm is currently recruiting Solicitors to join its Finance and Corporate Team.  This is a varied role which involves providing legal advice relating to banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, investment funds, general financial services, insurance and reinsurance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal services to clients, under the supervision of partners and/or senior associates. This will include researching, drafting, negotiating and advising on various legal matters.
• Getting involved in a range of know-how initiatives.
• Being an ambassador – selling our services and promoting our brand through business development activities.
• Maintaining system based filing systems to ensure all documents are stored appropriately.
• Proactively manage own budget to ensure timely billings/collections.
• Adhering to all policies, procedures and regulations as required.
• Taking responsibility for a wide range of tasks/projects as required by the partners in the group.
