Location: Glasgow/Hybrid
Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family & Child Law Solicitor to join a dynamic and ambitious legal team with a strong market presence, recognised by both Chambers and Legal 500.
This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of family law matters while contributing to business development and client relationship management.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Advising clients on family and child law, managing divorce, adoption and child contact cases
Representing clients in court and handling high-net-worth agreements
Engaging in business development and utilising ADR methods effectively
Skills:
Excellent technical knowledge in family and child law, with strong communication and client care skills
Ability to manage cases independently, collaborate within a team and proactively engage in business development
