The firm is currently seeking a Lawyer to join its established Family Law Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The successful candidate will work closely with the head of the department and can expect to be involved in all aspects of family law such as contact/residence cases, child support issues, grandparents’ rights, surrogacy, cohabitation agreements, and family businesses. Court appearances are also expected. The firm is looking for candidates with 2-3 years’ PQE and strong knowledge and experience in family law.
