You shall be someone who has flawless communication skills, be an excellent negotiator and very confident appearing at Court including Court of Session.
You will already have experience of dealing with financial provision in high net worth and/or complicated cases and, ideally, will be accredited by the LSS as a specialist in family law, if you do not have Accredited status, it is anticipated that you shall be willing to work towards this fairly quickly.
This role is offered on a full time basis, some flexibility and agile working can be discussed. Consideration shall also be given to candidates who are looking to work on a part time basis.
