Our client, a long-established firm specialising in family law, is currently recruiting an experienced Solicitor to join its busy practice in Edinburgh or Glasgow

Job Description

The team handles various aspects of family law, delivering high-quality and timely service to its clients.

You will contribute to the growth of an expanding department, with a strong understanding of relevant law, client-facing experience, and excellent communication skills. You should have significant experience in financial provision for medium to high net worth or complex cases. Ideally, you will be LSS-accredited in family law or will be expected to gain accreditation.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, specialising in family law, and be capable of managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. Experience and a sound knowledge of Court of Session procedures would be highly beneficial.

This position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible working available, offering an attractive salary commensurate with experience. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to advance their career in a supportive environment, with potential for further growth.
