Family Law Associate 5+ pqe - Glasgow

£55K+ (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Package - Flexible Working.

One of Scotland’s most recognised and leading law firm specialising in the area of Family Law has an exciting opportunity for an Associate (5 years + PQE) to join their established team based Glasgow.

The team specialises in all aspects of Family Law therefore, the successful candidate will have exposure to a wide range of cases including separation, divorce, residence and contact disputes. It is essential that the successful candidate will have experience in financial provision on divorce.

The role requires a strong team player who is confident, empathetic, and has excellent communication and client care skills.

You will demonstrate an excellent academic record, be well organised, able to prioritise and work under pressure and to demanding deadlines and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.

You will be able to work both independently and also assist other members of the team in complex cases.

Commercial awareness and business development experience is essential for this role.
