Ideally your experience shall include: meeting with clients and taking instructions, gathering information on the deceased’s estate, drafting and preparing the inventory, obtaining Confirmation, realising estate assets, dealing with IHT and finalising executry administration.
You will have a fill caseload but will be supported by talented Solicitors and Partner. You will also be encouraged to further develop your skills and career.
