This role is key to the continuing success and expansion of the private client offering. You will mange your own caseload of private client matters, namely the administration of estates both testate and intestate this shall include handling cases for high-net-worth clients and contentious matters. You shall also advise beneficiaries of estate planning options including simple deeds of variation or more complex deeds of variation with trust provisions; deal with estates including assets which qualify for business property relief for inheritance tax and privately owned companies.
In addition, you shall oversee, mentor, and manage less experienced team members across the firm and will interact with colleagues in other offices. Highly motivated, detail orientated and with the ability to forge strong internal and external client relationships you will relish the opportunity to further develop your private client career.
It is anticipated you shall have in excess of 3 years’ solid executries experience and this should include financial calculations, IHT and preparing the executory account.
