Executries and Private Client Paralegal

Job Description

An experienced and enthusiastic member of the maloco + associates Private Client and Executry team, you will be able to develop and maintain client relationships whilst delivering top tier client care.  There may be the opportunity for some degree of flexible hybrid working in this role for the right candidate.

• Salary: Annual full time salary scale £20 - £27.5K commensurate with experience
• Part Time: circa 20 hours per week

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a  graduate from the “if it’s worth doing it’s worth doing well” school of life and will have a strong Executries background with the ability to work well independently. Role Objectives

• Provide timely and sound legal support on a range of Executries matters
• Manage a varied caseload effectively
• Remain up-to-date about the latest developments in the field including CPD requirements
• Recognise and support the firms strategic objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documentation including drafting wills, Powers of Attorneys, obtaining Confirmation, maintaining and distributing estates
• Conduct legal research and investigate the facts of each case
• Liaise with clients and relevant parties
• Manage clients expectations by adopting a proactive approach
