This role requires you to advise clients and provide advocacy in high-value litigations, arbitrations and adjudications across the UK and internationally as well as alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation. Working with this established team you will advise employers, developers and contractors in the avoidance and resolution of construction and engineering disputes.
You will regularly advise on issues arising in respect of construction contracts based on standard forms such as; JCT, NEC3, GC/Works, ICE, ICC, IChemE, FIDIC and LOGIC.
The ideal candidate will be Scots or English Law qualified with an appropriate level of post qualification experience within a similar legal sector. Given the complexity of the work, candidates will need to have the equivalent of at least 3-5 years relevant PQE.
