Exciting opportunity for an Associate qualified in England and Wales to join this multi award-winning law firm.

Job Description

The firm currently have a need for an English Property Associate/Senior Associate to join its busy Real Estate team based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The purpose of this role is to provide English real estate legal advice to commercial clients. This will be a varied role and the successful candidate can expect to be involved in the following tasks:

  • Negotiating with other solicitors and implementing commercial property purchase and sale contracts
  • Supporting your team/division marketing initiatives, events, and seminars.
  • Managing your own workload effectively and professionally to ensure the best service for clients.
  • Contributing constructively to the work of other members of the Real Estate and Infrastructure Division.

To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales at the 2-10 years PQE level.  Previous experience in English commercial property and conveyancing is essential.
