Exciting opportunity for an experience English Litigation Solicitor to join this highly regarded team. The team advise on high-profile and interesting work. You will be responsible for drafting dispute resolution clauses during pre-contractual negotiations, obtaining emergency injunctions, to litigating and arbitrating complex multi-jurisdictional disputes and enforcing judgments and awards and recovering assets.
