Clean Energy Solicitor NQ – 4years PQE – Glasgow
This leading Scottish firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its tier 1 Clean Energy Sector team in Glasgow. As part of this role, you will be advising a variety of clients on commercial contracts and regulatory work.
You will provide guidance on a range of agreements including power purchase, interface, and civil and defence aviation mitigation matters. On the Regulatory side, you will be involved in grid regulation, offshore hybrid assets, transactional matters providing grid and commercial input int the context of M&A and financing transactions.
The team is one of the largest within the firm and comprises of highly experienced Solicitors and this role offers the opportunity to build your skill base within this very specialist and emerging area.
To be considered, you will ideally have had some exposure to commercial contracts and/or energy and utilities work.
