Job Description

Location: Edinburgh
Candidates looking for Part-time Hours will be considered

Do you have a grounding in Commercial Property and an interest in Renewables and Natural Energy Law?

Would you like to work as part of close-knit, dynamic, proactive and innovative team based in Edinburgh who lead on some of the UK’s largest energy projects?

The firm has a fantastic reputation and track record advising on significant M&A deals and Strategic Energy Investments as well as natural resource regulation, low carbonisation and complex joint venture and consortium deals.

You

 - Qualified Solicitor with a background in Commercial Property and/or renewable energy projects and a passion for developing your career within this remit.
 - A team player who is commercially astute with the ability to think outside of the box.

Your Role

 - To deliver legal advice and services in energy and property law - including renewables and electricity, strategic land and complex title examination and related conveyancing, leases and options.
