This will run for a year initially.
Due to impending leave, QED Legal's client is beginning the search for a primarily respondent, senior employment solicitor to take over a Partner level caseload, including employment contracts and policy documentation, disciplinary and grievance issues, absence and performance management, employment status, redundancy, restructure and change management and TUPE matters.
You will already be immersed in the Scottish market and be prepared to manage a contentious and advisory employment caseload and ideally be immediately available.
