QED Legal's client is keen to add a three to six years post qualified employment solicitor. There is a ready made caseload of contentious and non-contentious respondent work available.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Employment Solicitor as you will be required to advise on the full remit of employment law matters. The split between contentious and non-contentious work is roughly 30/70.
You will be advise on a wide range of issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, and Whistleblowing alongside non-contentious advisory work.
