Based in Edinburgh, you will become a valued member of the team and be surrounded by a wealth of experience.
Your role will involve dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters including; discrimination, disciplinary matters, contract negotiations and terminations, redundancy, TUPE and representing both respondents and claimants in the Employment Tribunal. You will also have the opportunity to support colleagues in other parts of the business where their transactions involve employment law related issues.
To be considered for this employment solicitor opportunity you will ideally have gained some experience of handling a full spectrum of employment law matters and possess excellent communication skills.
