You will act for the company's plethora of highly respected clients in an employment advisory and HR support capacity.
Given the nature of this work, QED Legal's client requires a solicitor primarily from a respondent background, although consideration will absolutely be given to those from a claimant background.
Your caseload will be entirely non-contentious and not require you to business develop or meet high billable hour and financial targets.
Some supervisory experience would be prefereable for this role as you will oversee some of the more junior members of the team.
