This leading firm is seeking an additional employment solicitor for its Edinburgh office. You will be working to support an experienced employment lawyer and will be the main point of contact for employer clients subscribed to its Holistic HR service. You will deliver the service by sourcing appropriate employment contract templates and policies for clients, tailoring contracts and policies to meet the needs of the client’s business, managing our portal of employment documents and giving day-to-day HR advice on matters such as family friendly rights, conduct and performance issues, TUPE and redundancy.
The ideal candidate will be NQ-8 years’ and have experience in employment law and HR practice. A 2022 qualifier who has completed an employment seat as part of their traineeship would be considered.
