QED Legal's client, a different, busy, expanding Glasgow ABS has a desire to add to their existing team at assistant solicitor level.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Employment Solicitor as you will be required to advise on the full remit of employment law matters. Whilst the work is primarily respondent and contentious although you may advise occasionally on non-contentious matters.
This is not a traditional Law Firm and they do not work like Private Practice. This role would be perfect for those who no longer want to work in a traditional law firm setting but do not want to give up their litigation caseload and move to purely advisory work.
You will be advising on a wide range of issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, and Whistleblowing alongside non-contentious advisory work.
