If so, then my client, one of Aberdeen's, and indeed the country's, premiere law firms has a requirement for an employment solicitor with at least two years post qualifying experience in this practice area to work alongside their already first-rate team.
You will work on all aspects of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious for both claimants and respondents including tribunal cases, unfair dismissal, breach of contract and all forms of discrimination.
Experience of corporate immigration matters would be beneficial to any application but by no means essential.
Prior experience offering bespoke, in-house employment advice and training to HR departments and companies would also be of benefit given the changing face of employment law currently and the shift towards prevention rather litigation palpable.
You will have the opportunity to work on Scotland, UK and potentially even worldwide employment law matters as my client has one of the most enviable client banks in the country.
For additional information on this rare opportunity, please do not hesitate to contact Neil Campbell via the details provided.
I look forward to hearing from you.
