Are you an experienced employment solicitor seeking an engaging opportunity? Look no further! Our client is a leading Scottish law firm who have an outstanding reputation and are located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre.

Job Description

Due to period of maternity leave, their well established team now seek an employment solicitor to join them on a FTC basis. 


You will be responsible for a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including TUPE; negotiated exits; performance and disciplinary processes; discrimination and redundancy as well providing some training and supervision to more junior members of the team.


The successful candidate will ideally have at least 5 years' PQE and be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision. You will also possess sound communication skills, be commercially minded and have a strong client focussed approach.
