Are you an employment solicitor seeking a new role in the Glasgow area?
Do you have a minimum of four year's PQE and if not already at associate level, be ready to make the step up?
If so, then QED Legal's client, one of Glasgow's, and indeed the UK's, premiere law firms has a requirement for an employment solicitor with at least four years post qualifying experience in this practice area to work alongside their already first-rate team.
You will work on all aspects of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious and primarily acting for the respondent.
Experience of corporate immigration matters would be beneficial to any application but by no means essential.
Prior experience offering bespoke, in-house employment advice and training to HR departments and companies would also be of benefit given the changing face of employment law and the shift towards prevention rather than litigation.
