QED Legal's client, one of the country's leading legal practices who we act for as sole preferred supplier in Scotland, has a requirement for an employment solicitor with at least three years post qualifying experience.
Ideally you will already be with a ranked legal 500 practice, a niche commercial practice, or perhaps currently work outside of Scotland and are considering looking to return home.
As previously mentioned, you will take on a predominantly respondent caseload for an incredibly impressive client bank. These clients are not restricted to Scotland, so candidates keen to work with cross border, including city clients are encouraged to apply. This will involve advisory work as well as both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Experience with managing a business immigration caseload would be advantageous.
This role could be for someone already at associate level or someone ready to make the step up.
