The firm is currently recruiting a qualified lawyer to join its busy team in Edinburgh on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate can expect to be involved in a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters, including disciplinary and grievances, employment contracts, representing clients at ET Hearings, participating in mediation to resolve disputes, handling redundancies, and delivering training and webinars to clients.
The team is open to level of candidate from NQ level upwards with previous experience of employment law, particularly contentious matters; some experience of handling transactional work including M&A and TUPE would be beneficial however not essential.
