QED Legal's client is looking to add at assistant solicitor level within their thriving employment department.
You will be required to take on a varied caseload of claimant files, and deal with matters relating to redundancy, unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction of wages, equal pay and holiday pay claims.
Solicitors with confidence in appearing at tribunal are of particular interest given the nature of the work and you will ideally have operated primarily for the claimant throughout your career. That being said, consideration will be given to candidates with relevant respondent experience.
Consideration will be given to candidates of PQE levels up to four years post qualified, including newly qualified solicitors with a solid employment seat.
