Highly respected Scottish law firm is looking to hire a Newly Qualified (NQ) Employment Lawyer to join their expanding Employment law team based in Glasgow.
The firm undertakes a mix of claimant/respondent work, with a considerable number of tribunals, appeals and related sheriff court proceedings. The Employment Law Team regularly conduct Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal hearings, as well as dealing with Sheriff Court or Court of Session employment contract disputes or appeals.
In this role you will advise on:
· Unfair dismissal
· Settlement agreements
· Constructive dismissal
· Pay disputes
· Maternity rights
· Flexible working rights
· Discrimination claims (including disability, gender, sexual orientation, and age)
· Minimum 6 month seat in Employment law.
· Desire to become an Employment law specialist with an ambitious and growing law firm.
