You will be involved in both contentious and non contentious matters, assisting a broad range of clients, this shall include: drafting ET3 forms, taking statements, undertaking pre-hearing reviews, appearing at Tribunal, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, reviewing contracts, advising on employment law issues and providing training to clients.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively contribute to business development is essential.
Applications are invited from candidates for the Senior role who have a minimum of 4 years' post qualifying experience together with the ability to successfully mentor and supervise less experienced team members.
Candidates wishing to be considered for the Solicitor role should ideally have a minimum of 1 years' post qualifying employment law experience.
