Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within this niche Employment Law business for an experienced employment solicitor to join their Glasgow office. 

 

The ideal candidate will be between 2 years’ PQE and senior associate level.  The role will involve managing a client portfolio of business clients and instructing businesses on employment tribunal actions.

 

Responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining a bespoke portfolio of business clients

Advising retained and ad hoc business clients on all facets of employment law
Handling a caseload of employment tribunal litigation and representing clients at all stages of the employment tribunal process and liaising with Counsel as appropriate
Drafting contracts of employment, staff handbooks, policies and procedures
Drafting a range of employment documentation
Drafting bespoke settlement agreements

 

This in an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join a dynamic employment firm.  The firm is open to hearing from candidates seeking part-time/agile working.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
