Ideally you shall have solid experience of managing both contentious and non-contentious matters for both employer and employee. Your experience should include amongst others: TUPE, Employment Tribunals, Redundancies, Collective Bargaining and Collective Negotiation, Unfair Dismissal and whistle blowing.
You will have excellent client facing skills and be passionate about employment law matters.
