A stellar opportunity has become available for a Dispute Resolution solicitor (NQ - 1 PQE) to join a leading national law firm's growing Glasgow team.
This team deals with a wide range of Dispute Resolution matters, ranging from commercial and civil disputes, to both corporate and personal insolvency matters, commercial debt recovery and property litigation.
In this position, you will advise clients across Scotland, the UK and Internationally on all aspects of commercial and civil litigation, ranging from contractual advice and negotiation, raising and defending Sheriff Court and Court of Session actions, mediation, arbitration and tribunal cases.
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to handle a varied litigation caseload with the appropriate level of supervision, while showing strong business & commercial acumen and a desire to attract & develop new work for the firm.
