Our client currently has a need for a Solicitor to join its busy Dispute Resolution team. This role is based in Glasgow and candidates should have at least 3 years’ PQE.
The team deal with a range of commercial and other civil disputes for clients in the private public and third sectors, including high value and complex litigated cases in the Court of Session and Sheriff Court. You will be involved in a range of work which will include advising and representing clients on public and administrative law issues, including advising clients on legislation, statutory interpretation and the powers and duties of public bodies and representing clients in court challenges such as Judicial Review and Appeals and in public inquiries.
