An uncommonly good opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor who is looking for a part time role. This may suit someone returning to work or looking for more flexibility in their working hours (ideally three days). This standalone role offers complete autonomy and would require someone who is happy to work independently.
You will provide legal advice to a variety of clients on a range of work including property litigation, general civil litigation and employment work. You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years PQE and have experience of handling cases in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
